The apartment is decorated throughout to a very high standard in a very stylish modern manner, with laminate floors throughout. The flat has two bedrooms (1 with king bed, the other has 2 singles which are zip-lock and can become a double - please advise how you would like it presented for your stay). There is a super bathroom with large walk in shower. A fantastic, sleek and modern full kitchen with induction hob and oven, a spacious living/dining area with smart TV and a cute balcony for taking in the canal sights and sounds. There is a washing machine for guest use within the flat as well as a cot and high chair available to guests upon request. Please note that the property has a Smart TV with app access. You will need to use your own logins and the TV does not have live TV. However, you can watch live tv through both the BBC and the ITV app for example. Self check-in/out via secure smart lock. We will issue you with a timed key via the App which will give you access into the building and the flat. Secure free parking in the basement car park. This property is a 5 minute walk to Chester Train Station, 10 minute walk to Chester City Centre and 20 minute walk to Chester Racecourse. I can't be around myself, so I have a husband and wife team, Tom and Rachael who manage things locally. Discover the historic and charming city of Chester, where you can explore centuries of rich history, enjoy a vibrant food scene, and immerse yourself in the lively nightlife. Begin your adventure by walking around the city's Roman Walls and learning about the city's heritage. Visit the amphitheatre to experience the ancient architecture and marvel at the iconic Chester Cathedral. Stroll down the picturesque 'Rows' shopping area, and don't forget to take in the beautiful scenery of the River Dee. This property is set right on the canal - a 2 minute walk takes you to City Road where you will find some great restaurants (The Yard, Gate of India, Siam Thai & Teppan-Yaki and fantastic bars such as Harkers and Artichoke. Just 5 minutes from the train station and 15 minutes to the very centre of Chester, the location is perfect for your Chester stay. In central Chester everything is within walking distance, however Chester has very good bus routes and taxi services if needed. Rail and road travel is also easily accessible here, with great train services to Liverpool, Manchester & further afield. If you are bringing your car there is easy access to main motorways and also good routes to North Wales, Liverpool & Manchester. We have travel cots and high-chairs available (free of charge but subject to availability). No linen is provided for the travel cot. They are not kept on site, so please advise us in advance if you need these for your visit so that we can endeavor to ensure they are provided in time for your arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate last minute requests for these items. Chester is one of Britain's most popular places for an unforgettable short break. The ancient city is a truly breathtaking experience. Each chapter of Chester's history is etched into the very fabric of the city. You will walk where Roman Legionaries marched to war, Viking raiders wreaked havoc and Norman invaders conquered Anglo Saxons! With parking in the basement car park it made for a stress free arrival and departure. As for the position of the apartment it was spot on, being beside the canal it was very quiet, but you could walk in to all parts of Chester using the roads or the canal as well as using the city walls in part. All in all we made a great decision in renting the property as it had every thing we needed and more as well as being exactly as described.
