I live 20 minutes away from Richmond but decided to have a short escape with the family because Richmond is such as nice place to visit. Good vibe, family friendly, lots of parks, good atmosphere at night especially friday saturday.
The hotel is very nice, i travel alot abroad and wish i could get a similar quality for hotels that are usually more expensive and smaller with fewer facilities.
Good staff, helpful friendly and clean bedrooms.
Highly recommend

A very pleasant stay at the Runnymede Hotel, staff were very helpful and polite and professional. The grounds in which the hotel is situated is immaculate and well keep. Such an enjoyable relaxing environment, me and my partner stayed for one night as it was my birthday and it was thoroughly enjoyable.

Great location, decent hotel and price. You can’t go wrong with it. Battersea power station is right next to the hotel and a car park right to the left. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here after our lovely but tiring wedding day. We were able to check in very late and were made very comfortable on arrival. We stayed in the Wordsworth Suite, it was very grand and spacious. Perfect for our romantic getaway. We had breakfast in bed which was delicious!

This place is incredible. Spotlessly clean and had everything we could've needed. So easy to walk around the area for exploring and even at night it was quiet and felt safe. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel, modern throughout, and incredibly comfortable beds. Super convenient location very close to Gatwick Airport.
We received a discount voucher upon check-in for food and drink, which was a nice touch.
Staff were very friendly and helpful, and checking out was a breeze.

Loved the rooftop pool and fact it had long opening hours was amazing
They left Prosecco and a treat as a surprise to make the special birthday weekend even better. Thanks art hotel I’m already googling my return!
