"The property is in excellent shape. Room was comfortable. Only issues were… 1. Rude Security guard (when arriving after 10:00 PM 2. Housekeeping didn’t replace soap in shower until I asked twice. 3. Front desk didn’t communicate to housekeeping even after I clarified."

"Front desk staff good. Restaurant good as well. The room however left much to be desired. I could not get any heat as the thermostat did not work. They are replacing them apparently. Who knew that heat is a hotel was optional ??"

My daughter was given a lanyard with tokens attached She could trade her tokens with other members of staff which had different tokens. This helped build trust in the hotel and park staff. A very good idea. My daughter ended up with 3 lanyards full.
