The location is great and very close to everything in town. Parking was easy, and communication with the host was great. I agree with some of the other reviews here say that it would be tough to fit someone on the couch in the property. The bedroom was very comfortable, and the AC unit in there was very welcome. But I could see how the couch would be rough to sleep on and the AC would likely not do too much to cool the living room. This is a cute, comfortable place that is 2-4 blocks from everything you could want to do. There are the great restaurants, the stunning views from the downtown waterfront, and picturesque Victoria Park just around the corner. We didn't have a car during our trip and didn't need one. We had a couple of questions for the owner and he responded to everything within minutes. Even when we had canceled flights in our attempt to get home he worked with us right away to help out.
