The location was very convenient to all of the nascar garages and the museums which is why we came to NC. However it definitely needs quite a bit of upkeep. The toilet paper rolls were all broken, the kitchen drawers were falling apart, and the upstairs balcony was completely useless because it was so dirty and full of spiders and spider webs. The outside walls of the townhouse, even the door, was completely covered with bugs and spiders and webs. I think that should be cared for as well because we had to be careful coming in and out. I wanted to rate a 2 but the owner was extremely kind and responsive so I decided to rate a 3\. I did bring these issues to his attention and he said he would take care of them. ##### Judy N.
