The layout is a Great way to spread out and have more privacy if it's 2 couples or a family of 3-4 with adult child(ren), because rather than being a 2BR, 2 bath condo, this is actually 2 separate apartments, with no connecting door (altho they are the only 2 apartments on that top floor). The larger one has separate bedroom, and the smaller one is a studio with bed, bar/seats, and kitchenette in main area, and a small area (no door between) just large enough to fit the couch and TV. ##### Rick and Katherine H.
