They were able to check us in early, which was really helpful. The apartment was also beautiful and comfortable. They, particularly Emily, couldn’t have been more prompt, helpful or friendly. The unit itself (202) exceeded my expectations. It has a large open family room/kitchenette space with 10’ or so ceilings throughout and large bedrooms with comfortable beds plus tons of closets and storage space if needed. It was clean and clearly well-cared for. The hardwood floors glistened. Though we didn’t have time to use it, there was a bonus large deck with a grill. The location was perfect. Kind of in the middle of King Street so most everything was accessible. HUGE living area and kitchen, big bedrooms, nice bathrooms. Great location on King street, right in the heart of everything. Only negatives were no parking on site (no big deal), and I'd put King beds in the bedrooms instead of queens. Also if someone was staying longer, they might want more amenities in the kitchen (more kitchen supplies). But finding Keurig pods already here - awesome! The room had a unpleasant smell, could use some air freshener. This is a fantastic location. Parking is not ideal. The stairs are steep and narrow.
