Pleasant. The price is very reasonable for its proximity to Charleston and other areas of interest. Having never been to the area, we were very happy with how close we were to so many interesting places. Mt. Pleasant is a gem! As for the house, it is exactly what you see on its profile. Clean and modern with decor from the region. We highly recommend it and would absolutely stay again if we were planning a trip back to the area. ##### Miguel V. Upon arrival we had a small slight issue getting through the gate (have to pick it up just a little), otherwise everything was nicely setup. Items to note: -flexible dates for booking (even in the summer) -the temperature downstairs was noticeably different than upstairs. With the oven on it was almost as hot as outside -humidifier in kitchen needed to be emptied sometimes twice a day -no fault to the owner but the pool area is in need of a facelift -plenty of books and family games (just wish others would take the time to put items away properly) -no hot tub (even though it’s listed as an amenity) -2 full bathrooms were nicely sized and water pressure was great -full sized washer and dryer were a major win - especially after a day at the beach -trash (once a week) and recycling (once every 2 weeks) were a bit of a challenge, but maybe that was due to the holiday -having available beach chairs and sand toys was a great bonus to our beach days -direct tv (cable) was very limited in the number of channels for those rainy evenings in Overall experience was enjoyable and fully functional for what we needed for our 12 day dual family vacation. ##### Lawrence D.
