Located on the first floor, this charming space is perfect for groups of 2 to 6 guests seeking both comfort and convenience during their stay. Step inside to discover two cozy bedrooms designed for restful nights after your alpine adventures. The first bedroom features two (90x190cm) bunk beds and a closet, while the second offers a double bed (140x200cm) and a closet for your belongings. The well-appointed bathroom includes a bathtub and sink, with a separate toilet for added convenience. The open-plan living area is both functional and inviting, with a lounge area that includes a sofa convertible into a 160x200cm bed, a coffee table, and a dining area complete with a table, chairs, and a serving hatch. The kitchenette is a culinary haven, equipped with two ceramic hobs, an extractor hood, a refrigerator, a mini oven, a dishwasher, and essential raclette, fondue, and pierrade appliances, as well as comprehensive crockery. Enjoy additional storage solutions from the handy closet in the entrance, and relax on the 12 m² south-facing balcony, where you can take in stunning views and soak up the alpine ambiance.
