Ideally located just 500 meters from the lake and only two kilometers from the thermal baths. The spacious 25 m² living room, with charming exposed beams, includes a dining area that opens directly onto the garden. It features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV. The modern kitchen, nearly 10 m², is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and a wide range of kitchen utensils. For your comfort, the first bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed, storage, and a TV. The second bedroom includes two 90 cm single beds and storage space as well. The bathroom comes with both a bathtub and a shower, a vanity unit, and additional storage. Electric heating is available, along with a decorative fireplace.
