"The hotel is rated at 5 stars, however it seems more like 3.5 stars. Pros: Lovely beach staff are typically bilingual Comfortable beds Excellent food Cons: A bit run down. It leaks when it rains in the lobby and restaurants. The bathroom only had very hot water, no cold, no room temperature. "I would love to give this place a good review but sadly I cannot. They charged me twice for my room and did not refund me when they said they would. DO NOT STAY HERE. There are much nicer beaches and hotels in Cayo Guillermo. "Nice place for the price point. Some complaints about the food from others but we thought it was good. Nice, friendly staff. Groundskeeper brought us freshly prepared coconuts to enjoy.
