In the heart of the village of Cauterets, 300m from all shops, T3 of 57m2 recently renovated with charm and quality equipment.   
  
2 bedrooms. Large living room with fitted kitchen. Shower room. Separate wc. Wifi internet access. Ski/bike locker.   
  
At the crossroads of Rue de la Raillère and Rue Galliéni, VILLA MYRIAM.   
  
The ground floor is entirely dedicated to this flat.   
  
You will enter an airlock through the main door of the building, where you can remove your shoes and leave your clothes.   
  
The flat then has a beautiful living room with a fully-equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, conventional and microwave oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter and Senséo coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette machine, waffle iron); an 8-person dining table, a lounge area (TV unit internet box).   
  
Master bedroom. Bed 140x190cm. Wardrobe.   
  
Bedroom with 2 twin beds. 90x190 beds. Cupboard and wardrobe.   
  
Shower room with walk-in shower.   
  
Separate wc.   
  
A cellar is at your disposal on the side of the building (skis, shoes, bikes...).   
  
In a quiet area, in the centre of Cauterets. Close to the Church, all shops 300m away. 600m from the Lys cable car (free shuttles during school holidays and we winter).   
  
Pont d'Espagne 20 minutes away by car.   
  
Bed linen and towels are not included in the rental price, but are available at extra cost if required.   
  
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy on your departure, take out your rubbish and think about selective sorting.
