The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a large well lit studio with a living room. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun. The space Apt 3B is a studio unit on the third floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a full size bed, a Futon full sized fold out bed and a fold down couch bed. There is a small changing room with an office desk and a bathroom. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door. Each unit has its own heat pump and thermostat. Guest access The third floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The boat docks are in across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer. Other things to note There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible. Sorry, no pets.
