We were contacted the day prior to coordinate our arrival/check-in. The host was very helpful with local tips and good recommendations for nearby amenities. No frills, but charming, peaceful and relaxing. We had an unexpected upgrade! Attention to detail: even the pool is cleaned daily. Neri, the manager, went on an errand for us! (we were short of milk and bread for the next morning). Appartamento pulito. Cucina ben attrezzata. Camere grandi con bella vista sull'esterno. Splendido panorama dalla piscina. Facilmente raggiungibili in auto le principali località da visitare. Unico neo: da sistemare porta esterna in legno dell'appartamento che non si riesce a chiudere, lasciando qualche incertezza sulla sicurezza notturna. Problema comunque facilmente risolvibile. Evitare l'Enoteca Previ, ristorante segnalato dalla struttura tra quelli consigliati. Bit difficult to find in the dark but beautiful location and near a lovely town. Apartments are very big and excellent value. Better in real life than the pictures. Highly recommended. ##### Sean ### 6/10 Okay #### Manheim, Oslo 8 Jul 2013 Liked: Cleanliness, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### Pent anlegg, men ikke korrekt beskrevet her Vær oppmerksom på at de vil kreve deg for ulike tilleggstjenester - og de skal ha den offentlige tilleggsskatten betalt i kontanter. Skifte av håndklær skulle de ha 60 EURO for - hver gang de skiftet. De skulle ha ekstra betalt for å vaske leiligheten ved avreise og en tilleggskostnad for kjøkkenet. Fasilitetene som er beskrevet her stemmer dessuten ikke. Jeg kan ikke nevne alle de tingene på listen som ikke stemmer, men av de viktige kan nevnes: Det er ikke vaskemaskin på rommet men noen felles vaskemaskiner som også brukes av familien som driver stedet - altså begrenset tilgjengelig. Det er internett der, men ikke høyhastighet. De kan ikke arrangere transport! Ellers er det en rekke små detaljer som at det ikke er elektronisk utsjekking, det er ikke skrivebord, det er ikke dokk for mp3spiller, jeg så aldri noen safe, du må ta med eget dopapir og masse annet smårusk som ikke stemmer med rombeskrivelsen her og annen info. De rotet også med prisen, slik at prisen som vi ble forespeilet på hotels.com ikke stemte, da første natt var trukket med 10 EURO i stedet for 170. Jeg vil ikke anbefale opphold her uten at man har vært i dialog med stedet på forhånd og sjekket ut de fasilitetene man er opptatt av skal og må være på plass. Husk da å spørre om hva det koster i tillegg.
