0602 Robin's Nest (1-Bedroom Home) with Pool

This is a one-bedroom Oceanfront condo located on the sixth floor of Atlantic

Towers in Carolina Beach. The pictures will show the owner's personal touches

such as original art throughout making a comfortable and relaxing beach get

away. The homeowner has installed a Reverse Osmosis Water Filtration System in

the kitchen for safe water drinking and ice making. There is a full kitchen

and all necessary cookware and dishes. The condo can sleep four people. There

is twin bunk beds built into an alcove in the hallway. The bedroom has a king

size bed and TV. There is an updated walk-in shower in the bathroom. The condo

has excellent and private WiFi and the cable service has a full package of

entertainment options. Located just minutes from the boardwalk with

restaurants and shops or the aquarium in Ft Fisher. There are 4 beach chairs

located under the bed for guests use. Full housekeeping and maid service is

included in your rental price. When departing it is requested that the

dishwasher be loaded, and the garbage removed to the onsite dumpster.

Conveniently located and the unit was in good condition. A perfect choice for a quick trip to the beach. The only thing that would’ve made it better is if there is better access to clothes washers and dryers. None in the unit and several of the buildings communal units were out of order. This was not a problem for us as we were only there for a few days, but with beach gear, it would be hard for a week long stay.

The condo was nice and right on the beach with a great ocean view. We really had fun. The only negative was the bath tub. It was rusted and it did not drain well at all. The shower head was SO strong that it felt like a million little needles ripping your skin off. Did not like that. Also, the curtain as dark so you couldn’t see very well.
