The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our Blue Lake condo was nicely appointed and well maintained. Very spacious with both open concept kitchen-dining-living room area and the upstairs loft/family room. No weird scents or smells (I’m very sensitive to this and travel withmy own pillow cases and laundry soap). Whole place was VERY clean and organized— kitchen has labels for every category of dish, glassware, etc. Forest and lake views from the balconies. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of towels. There is no AC but fans were in several closets so we had those running. We were there at the hottest time though. The pool and (mini) toddler playground plus clubhouse zone and grill patio were nice shared amenities (we used the outdoor ones since it was August, but inside looked cool too). Do look at the site map provided by the manager before you go because maps app will take you just to one address not necessarily your unit. I would definitely go back. The property it self is very clean which was newly remolded. They did a great job of thinking of all the things you will need during your stay and have them available. Everything is brand new spanking new, that includes the utensils, plates, cups, glasses etc. it is a bit compact place yet cozy. The club house has pool, BBQ set, hot tub which we used and we loved having the access to it. The communication with the property management was good and could have been better on the late check out request. Which was granted on the last day 1 hour before check out, which could have been due to availability. ##### Jaspreet W. The development itself has fantastic amenities. We used the pool, hot tub, and the community barbecue but it has more we didn’t use. (Tennis, billiards, etc.) It is walking distance to Garwoods and the lake. The kitchen is well equipped. The management team was responsive when we had a problem. The Bad:The bathrooms are a bit small and in need of an update. The deck is more like a balcony as it cannot fit more than two people. The living room is a bit small and is not conducive to much entertaining… as in more than two people. The barbecue on the deck is not a barbecue. It is a small electric plug-in Ninja Grill. Luckily, the one barbecue at community center was open when friends came with steaks. For what you’re paying, it would be nice if they could leave you some starter amenities, like coffee or shampoo. Overall:For the most part, I would highly recommend this townhouse for a couple or a small family with a little dog. It worked really well for my wife and I and our mini schnauzer. We did have a few visitors throughout the week (my wife’s parents and a couple we are friends with). They were all comfortable with their own accommodations downstairs with a private bathroom. The main bathroom’s tub was clogged when we got there, but Trey had it fixed the same day.
