What a fantastic chateau. Amazing building, beautiful grounds, and a great swimming pool. We had plenty of space for our party of 12 to eat together, but also to get some quiet time when needed. It’s in a great location - about 25 minutes from Sarlat, and less than 10 minutes from the river, with easy access for kayaking and paddle boarding. There are plenty of other places to visit - the hardest part is leaving the chateau!

Special stay in Carlux

Very few opportunities to stay in a chateaux like this! The grounds were stunning and the location served as a good base to explore the Dordogne.

Beautiful Home - Incredible experience

We had an amazing 6 days in the beautiful Manoir.. just idilic, historic building .. private pool.. host was super responsive and helped in every way she possibly could.. we would love to return. Photos dont do it justice.. amazing setting…

Perfect setting for a family holiday

Staying anywhere as a group of 14 with ages ranging from 6 to 79 was always going to be difficult but the Chateau more than met all of our expectations. Amazing setting and location, just a short drive from an array of beautiful places to visit. The owner answered all our questions and provided a list of recommendations. We all had a fabulous time and would highly recommend!!

What a gem in an incomparable location!

Manoir Reignac is such a charming property. The grounds are incredible with lovely views, beautiful landscaping, and many places to relax and enjoy a well-deserved glass of wine. The manoir itself is well-equipped with many bedrooms and an especially lovely seating area on the second floor. It's clear the manoir is a special family home and has been carefully updated. We loved the location - an easy driving distance from all our favorite sites in the Dordogne. Roselyne was an excellent host. We will certainly return!

Amazing! The property was located in a lovely village with easy access to surrounding areas. The grounds were spectacularly maintained. It was great for both families and friends. Tons of sitting areas (multiple living rooms and a huge dining room) for gathering. Very comfortable. I dont think the listed photos do it justice. It was really great. The kids loved the outdoor pool, especially on the hot summer days. It was a great property to sit and enjoy the countryside and use as a base to explore the region. Would highly recommend.

Idyllic manoir suitable for an anniversary large family gathering

The property was everything we expected and ideally situated in our favourite area of France.. The property was well advertised by Vbro but the downside was the negative, bureaucratic and unhelpful service of Vrbo which failed to assist us in paying the balance of the fee despite its own substantial commission. The cooperation of the owner was much appreciated.

Beautiful property

We were a group of 14 adults from the USA and we spent one week in June 2022 at the Manoir de Reignac. The chateau and its surrounding gardens are amazing. There is the choice of long outdoor tables ( one on the French garden side and one facing the valley ) we enjoyed every day for breakfast or lunch or dinner. The pool was just what we needed during the heatwave. On our first day, we found lots of bees at the pool but the manager took care of that problem right away. The manager lives near by and is readily available. The owner was very helpful with informations about the property, the sites to visit in the region; she answered all my questions immediately. The Manoir de Reignac is truly a beautiful place and we felt very lucky to have it all for ourselves for a week.

Un rêve...le château est magnifique et tres bien équipé. Tout nous a réjouis. Nous avons vécu une vraie vie de châtelains. Il est tres bien situé pour acceder à de nombreux sites touristiques.

un séjour à la hauteur de sa promesse

Nous avons vraiment apprécié cet endroit qui nous a permis de nous réunir à 12 personnes. Le parc est magnifique, l'équipement complet, mais c'est surtout le charme du site et des salons qui nous a enchanté .. sans compter l'excellent communication avec la propriétaire et la personnes en charge des clés

Een geweldige plek voor een gezin van 3 generaties dat wat te vieren heeft! Een groot feest!

Voor ieder gezinslid van 0 tot 60 voldoende ruimte, goede voorzieningen van keuken tot badkamers. Goede bedden en vooral een heerlijke sfeer om samen in te zijn!

Magnifique manoir, bien équipé, dans un superbe cadre, au sein d'une paisible campagne.

Fantastischer Urlaub

Wir verbrachten eine ganz wunderbare Woche in dem Manoir! Es war perfekt für unsere Ansprüche - die Kinder (12+) und die Erwachsenen fühlten sich wohl. Die Gegend ist großartig und lädt zu Erkundungen ein. Absolute Empfehlung!

Très agréable séjour malgré le temps perturbé cette année , le manoir est spacieux , bien équipé , les jardins sont magnifiques et les environs offrent de belles opportunités de balades . Splendide demeure dans un écrin de verdure apaisant. Tout est joli et fonctionnel. Région magnifique

Très bel accueil au Manoir de Reignac. Maison très bien équipée où tout est conçu avec goût et finesse. La maison est un véritable joyau dans un écrin de verdure. Il n y a qu à "Contempler"... ou partir à la découverte de cette région aux châteaux et jardins splendides. Nous avons aussi profité de la piscine très bien entretenue. Merci !

Un séjour dans le passé d’un très beau manoir

Manoir et jardins dans un cadre extraordinaires ! Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis malgré une météo un peu capricieuse ( nous n’avons assez profité de la très belle piscine du coup, dommage). Les échanges avec la propriétaire ont été très agréable répondant à toute mes questions avec une grande qualité d'écoute. Gentillesse de la femme de ménage et du gardien a l’accueil et durant le séjour, rien à redire. En un mot, si vous voulez vivre un moment magique dans une région superbe, n’hésitez pas à louer ce manoir car vous ne le regretterez pas. En plus, il est bien placé pour visiter la région. Le plus difficile a été de quitter ces lieux magiques pour retrouver le quotidien.

Parfait week-end en famille

Parfait week-end en famille pour fêter notre mariage. Le lieu est juste magique, une chambre pour tout le monde, une piscine, un parc magnifique. Nous en avons pris plein les yeux!!!
