Absolutely lovely hotel

Posted 25-Jun-2017
This hotel is such great value for money. The room was stunning, clean and so spacious with all the extras you could need including air conditioning and nice little touches here and there. The breakfast was lovely, piping hot and plentiful with lots of choice available. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and will definitely be booking to stay again and others in the same chain. Very happy customer.

Nice hotel

Posted 23-Jun-2017
Pros: Beds
Cons: NA
Location: Close to the bay and also a complex with a bowling alley and cinema.
Stayed up for a concert. Lovely size room comfy beds and the staff were very polite. Did not eat at the hotel, we ate in Cardiff so cannot judge food. Bar reasonably priced.

Good hotel

Posted 23-Jun-2017
Night only, didnt use dining facilities. All parts seen, good quality and upkeep. Quiet room. Apart from views, experience on a par with St Davids. No criticisms myself. Heard one lady commenting that room service food should travel under plate covers but in front of the porter said it smelled very good. Likely to go again if need to stay in Bay.

The room could be better organised.

Posted 03-Jun-2017
Pros: Clean, staff, food
Cons: As above sort the air in the rooms and corridors
Location: The post code takes you no where near, no direction on the reservation download. Good steak house opposite, cinema , bowling alley all within 100yds.
It had two twin beds, a very small drobe and one chair! It doesn't add up, there was only two of us but with a little reshaping by making the large dressing table smaller you could fit a better drobe and maybe another chair. The only other thing being the air con was set to min 19, could be doing with lower as the air in the corridor was hot and stuffy. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly, just felt a bit miffed we had to pay extra on the Thursday because of the football and weren't even staying for it!

Close to Cardiff Bay .superb walking trail nearby

Posted 02-Jun-2017
Pros: We'll run. Clean and contemporary. The breakfast was substantial and tasty.
Cons: A shuttle dropped us nearby. A map of hiking trails would be great.
Location: See above.
We stayed two nights . It was close to the harbour, shopping and restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly.David and LARA Helped us find the cultural centres.

Pleasant stay in Cardiff

Posted 02-Jun-2017
Pros: Location, breakfast, and large in-room safe. Friendly staff.
Cons: Beds were too hard for us to get a good night's sleep.
Location: Near the Wales Milennium Center, Mermaid Quay with lots of restaurants, and the Dr. Who Experience.
We enjoyed our stay at the Future's Inn. We stayed on the top floor and it was quiet. We found the beds to be hard, but of course that is personal preference. Breakfast was included and consisted of a wide range of options from cold cereals and yogurt to cold cuts and cheese to eggs, sausage, baked beans and ham. Coffee and tea were available all day including specialty coffees from two machines. Location was excellent for visiting the Dr. Who Experience and the Wales Millenium Center. The large in-room safe was appreciated. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Not all that

Posted 29-May-2017
Location was not that great & nothing was in walking distance as it's in main road. Staff not friendly, didn't feel welcome on our arrival. We booked as family with kids and been 4 star hotel there was no fridge to keep baby food, we have stayed in 3 star hotel and had fridge which was very useful for us.

Hotel was great but directions were very poor drove in and out of city to finally find an unmarked entrance.
