Only problem was I received an email with late check out for noon the day before and at 9:50am the housekeeper was in her car waiting. We were leaving at 10am but she asked to leave door open and her two children came in with toys etc. I felt uncomfortable and ruined the end of the stay as we cleaned up so well and she was rushing us out. It was a little sparse. Pretty much a couple beds, and some cheap living room furniture. There were not even side tables in the bedrooms. However, we had found some areas that were not as clean as we expected, especially considering the $350 cleaning fee. When I brought it up to the management I had the location manager request pictures. I took a few after the complaint and sent them to her. She was very rude and assumed that we had made the pictures up after the initial conversation and never responded to me again. It was very unprofessional. It has made me know completely avoid Vacasa properties in the future. Keep an eye out to make sure the sheets are changed when you are here, and watch out for the gnats coming in. ##### Edward P. A river nearby provides the only noise - it was a super quiet neighborhood. Although a big house, the kitchen, dining, and living room provide a huge but cozy gathering space. Fully stocked kitchen made it fun to cook family meals. Comfortable beds sleep 7\. 45 min from 6 ski areas - a bit of driving but private and worth the drive. The small print says you will need 4 wheel drive in the winter. This is a must - maybe even in the summer (uphill/ruts) but don't think about anything less in the winter. There was about 15 bags of trash just sitting with moldy food in them in a pile when we arrived. They never left. This property was perfect for us. It was almost everything as listed online except the master tub/shower. That may have been a nice feature but in the scheme of things, not a big deal. Bathrooms and kitchen were all clean. There weren't a lot of towels- we read the reviews and came prepared. There was an abundance of dishwasher and laundry detergent and dishes and linens were all clean. The sheets are worn and in the master bedroom had a small hole. The quilt had a larger hole. Again, not deal breakers- they were clean. Just worn. The patio lounge chairs are in need of repair and nothing outside was clean but I can understand the challenges there. The home is spacious, conveniently located and the stars at night are remarkable! The flower gardens on the property and around it are beautiful. ##### rhonda b. There are virtually no towels in the house and no extra sets of bedding, no dishwashing detergent and no garbage bags. Some have noted cleanliness issues - we felt it was very clean when we arrived. There are some maintenance issues with the house as well. There is a piece of siding ripped off the side of the house and the balcony railing has these janky supports underneath that made me concerned about the stability of the railing. As others have noted, no where to put your suitcases like valise stands in any of the bedrooms. And the house has a bit of a strange configuration, with the downstairs feeling like a lot of wasted space. Nice kitchen.
