Tropical Retreat in Southwest Cape Coral NO CHARGE heated pool

  • This beautiful southwest Cape Coral home features a split bedroom design as well as a game room with a heated pool and 5 person jacuzzi in your private lanai. This home backs up to a wooded preserve and a nature trail of with abundant wildlife such as Bald Eagles and Gopher Tortoises. Both the master and guest bedroom have private entrances from the lanai. Pets welcome.

    The pool heater is electric and set to 86 degrees at all times with no extra charge. The spa is a stand alone so you’re able to control the temperature there at will.

    The property is just a quick drive to Cape Coral Yacht Club beach or Cape Harbour. Ft Myers Beach or Sanibel Island is only 30 minutes away. The kids can enjoy Sunsplash waterpark or the Shell Factory. Go saltwater fishing from nearby piers or book a chartered adventure. Take one of the boat cruises to nearby islands of Cayo Costa, Useppa, Captiva, or Cabbage Key.

    Shopping is close at many different malls from upscale Coconut Point to the Edison Mall or outlet shops like Tanger or Miramar.
