It's over a mile to town with no walking paths. The master bed is very comfortable. The place needs a little better cleaning. It was not vacuumed and there were crumbs on the couch. A few issues that were frustrating was that we are not streaming TV users and prevented us from finding all the usual channels and shows we like. My recommendation would be to have directions handy to be able to follow. We reached out through our contact who tried to reach the owner but never got a response.
