Hotel is Closed down !
The hotel was closed! Hasn’t been open for months according to neighbours. Locked up, in darkness. We drove 2/h to get there after paying in full and receiving confirmation! Stuck in Kent overnight having to grab sleep in the car as everything booked up! DISASTER! and trying to get thru to hotel.com is impossible

Turned Away in the Middle of the Night.
Upon arrival we learned that a room was not available for us. It was late in the evening and we had to find alternate accomodations.
