Beautiful and cosy 55 sqm in Cannes, sea view in a historical building. Close to the beach (5 minutes walking distance) and near to the congress center (Palais des festivals) 12 minutes in bus.  
Last floor with elevator, breathtaking view.   
You'll have a cosy living room with a sofa bed 140 x 200 , fully equiped kitchen,  
1 bedroom with queen size bed 160 x 200 and a private bathroom and wc  
 2 bathrooms with 2 wc (one with the bedroom)  
The apartment is located in La Croix des Gardes, a peacefull and residential neigbourhood.

15mins away from the center, 5mins by bus (bus station at the bottom of the street).
