It was very strange that people were allowed to walk on and off the property at any time. The bus was convenient but I am slightly disabled with bad hips and back. Asked for a low floor and booked several months ago. I ended up on the top floor.
I fell at the pool and not one person came to me or said anything. I hurt my back and knee.
I speak a little Spanish but no one spoke any English very well at all. The food was awful. My family is Spanish and I eat a lot of Mexican and Panamanian food so I am not just picky.
We went to breakfast at another hotel and it was awesome.
Will not return.
