It's 45 square meters, has two levels with plenty of storage space and can accommodate up to 6 people.  
You'll love its very central location, close to bars, restaurants, shops and public transport.

Warm and well appointed, the house includes:  
\- two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a double bed and a double bed on the mezzanine (only for children over 7 years old);  
\- a shower room;  
\- a fully equipped kitchen;  
\- a dining area ;  
\- and a lounge area to relax after a day of walking.  
Please note that the stairs on the first floor are very steep.  
  
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Hair dryer, Television, Dishwasher, Washing machine, Microwave and Oven.  
A professional cleaning is done before and after each traveler.  
  
The accommodation will be highly appreciated for its proximity to the favorite places of the locals. It is located:

Resolutely turned towards the sea, Cancale lives to the rhythm of its fishing port that one discovers when arriving by the corniche road. You can't get tired of the picturesque spectacle offered by the port of La Houle below, while the fishermen's houses lean against the cliffs in a tight row. Come aboard La Cancalaise for a trip at sea to experience the sensations of the fishermen of yesteryear or stroll along the quays in the atmosphere of the fish market after a fishing trip.

#### Schnuckeliges liebevoll eingerichtetes Minihaus

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage in Cancale verbracht. Das Haus ist winzig, hat aber dreieinhalb Stockwerke, die bestens ausgenutzt sind. Es liegt zentral, aber dennoch sehr ruhig. Voll zu empfehlen für alle, die körperlich fit sind und mit engen Wendeltreppen zurechtkommen.
