The GROUND FLOOR welcomes you with a bright living room equipped with SAT/TDT TV, air conditioning and a practical American bar that connects to the terrace and the pool. The separate kitchen, fully equipped with a dishwasher and ceramic hob, is the perfect place to prepare delicious meals. Two bedrooms with comfortable double beds and a bathroom with shower complete this level. The UPPER FLOOR offers three bedrooms with two single beds each, two of them with an en-suite bathroom with shower. In addition, a bedroom with a double bed and a space with a washing machine for added convenience.
Immerse yourself in outdoor fun in the large 10x5 pool, fenced for children's safety and equipped with Roman stairs and outdoor shower. The built-in barbecue is perfect for enjoying outdoor dining, and parking for 4 vehicles on the same plot adds convenience.
