Amazing views of the rock, beach and down to Benidorm with great sunsets. Everything was spotlessly clean, kitchen very well equipped, and everything you could want including beach umbrellas. Good wifi via 4G router. Maria, the owner, was very nice and helpful. Thanks for a great stay. The property is just as shown and as a corner apartment has amazing views of the rock, port, beaches, mountains and salt lake. There is access to a small beach direct from the complex which has excellent swimming and snorkelling. There are plenty of restaurants next to/nearby with a small supermarket within 5 mins walk. Ce que les photos ne montrent pas, c'est à quel point il est bien équipé : machine à laver, pas de séchoir électrique, mais un séchoir sur pied qui suffit amplement, percolateur, bouilloire électrique, grille-pain, presses-fruits (manuel + électrique). Les matelas des enfants sont fantastiques ... celui de la chambre principale un peu moins. Idéalement situé à côté de la marina, entre la promenade touristique et la promenade en direction de la ville, avec une toute petite plage publique avec accès direct privé. Cette petite plage est idéale pour des enfants en bas âge, car elle est protégée par des rochers qui font que les vagues y sont moins fortes que sur les autres plages. Accès à la piscine, où il est interdit de réserver des transats pour toute la journée, ce qui garanti de trouver une place. Tout est à distance de marche, peu importe où on veut se rendre. La voiture n'est donc pas indispensable, mais si vous en avez une, elle sera garée en sécurité, au frais et à l'abri de la poussière. Les équipements communs sont à l'avenant, très grande piscine et bar restaurant réservé aux habitants (mojito recommandé). Un emplacement idéal, accès direct à une petite plage très calme. Au pied du port. Très central entre les 2 grandes plages ce qui permet aux ados de vivre la nuit en toute autonomie. Sie begleitete uns in die Garage, die sehr geräumig war, so dass man bequem parken konnte. Unter dem Hochhaus geht man durch und kommt zu einem Fahrstuhl, der einen in den 4\. Stock zur Wohnung bringt. Die Wohnung ist genau, wie auf den Bildern abgelichtet. Sie ist sehr schön und geräumig. Sie ist sehr schön ausgestattet. Es ist alles da, was das Herz begehrt. Auch das 2\. Badezimmer ist zweckmäßig, so kommt man sich bei 4 Personen nicht in die Quere. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön und man kann runter auf den Strand schauen. Eine Klimaanlage hat und braucht diese Wohnung nicht. Wenn man alle Fenster öffnet, dann hat man genug Abkühlung. Wir fanden unseren Urlaub in dieser Wohnung sehr erholsam, ausser Strandtüchern braucht man keine Handtücher oder Bettwäsche mitbringen. Es ist alles da. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Wir würden diese Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen und selbst noch einmal buchen. Der Vermieter sowie Maria waren total lieb und für jede Frage offen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder. ##### Heike K. Propriétaire sympa, très bon accueil ! Appartement très agréable, bien équipé, vue magnifique, et à proximité de tout. Pas besoin de se servir de la voiture, marcher est un plaisir avec les bords de mer aménagés de restaurants et de boutiques. La plage en dessous est petite mais très intimiste. La magnífica terraza te invita a desayunar , comer o cenar al aire libre mientras disfrutas de las maravillosas vistas tanto de la playa como del espectacular Peñón de Ifach. El apartamento también dispone de tumbona y silla de playa así como de sombrillas lo cuál se agradece. Excellente prestation pour cette location autant pour l'appartement que pour la situation et l'exposition. L'appartement est parfait, bien insonorisé, rien ne manque au niveau équipement et confort. Très fonctionnel également car 2 salles de bains avec 1 WC chacune, les 2 terrasses (dont une peut servir pour le linge et les affaires de plage et l'autre pour contempler la vue panoramique sur la mer et le Penon de Ifach), ainsi que le parking souterrain très pratique. De plus, la résidence possède une grande piscine avec pataugeoire ainsi qu'un accès direct à la plage ce qui nous a permis d'alterner les plaisirs et de contenter également notre fille en bas âge.
