Het is een duplex , en je moet voor alles twee stijle trapjes op en af. De slaapkamers en toilet liggen in de basement. Het gebouw licht op een rots en een auto is noodzakelijk. Wel keurig ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. WMF pannen en bestek. Strandbedjes en een parasol.Goede bedden . Een paar gemakkelijke stoelen op het balkon zou een pré zijn en satelliet TV heeft geen Nederlandse zenders.
