We booked for 3 and there was no bedding for the sofa bed. Rang the number and they initially said they would drop off some bedding, then quickly rang back and offered us a different apartment further down which was great. Good space and facilities. Great balcony overlooking the golf course where you can see Roos at night! Downsides were that we were Not convinced that the sofa bed sheet that was on it had been washed - maybe this had not been communicated with the cleaning staff after the last guests White is a brave choice of interior, the chairs in both apartments were looking a bit grubby!! ##### Fran Stayed 1 night in Dec 2025 ### 2/10 Terrible #### Yulia 29 Dec 2025 I was really disappointed with my stay at this holiday apartment. There was a smell of cigarette smoke in a bedroom. It was so strong that we couldn’t keep the windows closed. The atmosphere was just unpleasant. On top of that, we found out that there was an unlocked door from our side that led to a "staff only" area. This made us feel incredibly unsafe, knowing that anyone from the staff could enter our room at any time without our knowledge.
