About this property

Fully furnished elegant suburban house with desirable amenities and location.

  • This is a well-maintained suburban 2300sq.ft house with 3 bedrooms and a large bonus room on the upper floor, oversized deck with a BBQ accessible from the main floor, a movie theatre and a workout room in the basement. This house is lived in by a family of education professionals with 3 children under 10 years of age. It is located in the deep SW community of Evergreen with close proximity to Okotoks, Bragg Creek, Fish Creek Provincial Park, and Canyon Meadows. Note: The video shows a few outdated images. The workout room and the dining room have since been upgraded.
