Located in the Villa Gamboa Condominium, with great structure, swimming pool, barbecue and private access to the beach! There are 3 cozy, air-conditioned bedrooms (2 upstairs and 1 downstairs), living room, full kitchen and a great balcony for rest. We take care of the house with all the affection and care, in order to provide you with the greatest comfort and the best possible stay. \*We provide bed and bath linen for your stay with us; \*\*We do not charge electricity fees for average daily consumption of 30kWh/day. If this amount is exceeded, the excess will be charged at check-out. Water and gas already included in the rate; \*\*\*A deposit of R$900.00 must be paid. It must be made via bank transfer within 7 days after confirming the reservation and the refund will be within 7 working days after check-out (For New Year's Eve reservations the deposit will be doubled); \*\*\*\*It will be necessary to send the documents of all guests for registration and release at the concierge/property.
