Entrance to the parking through an elevator was very tight. Very awkward getting into. Not recommended for all cars. A mini car is fine, but other than that, I wouldn’t recommend parking in this garage. Opening the elevator should be done with a remote control and not with a key, especially if you are alone. Ending up scratching the car, even with being very careful. Not the first as there are lots of paint residue from other cars having had similar experiences. The apt. Itself was very good, clean and in a good location.

Great apartment!
Great location! Walk everywhere. Supermarkets, bars and restaurants nearby. Apartment is modern, clean and spacious. King size bed is comfortable. Sofa bed is for two peopke and comfortable. Has everything you need, even W/D combo. Garage is under the building and very convenient, but it is accessed by driving the car into a tight lift. Size of vehicle matters as well as driver skills.

Un rincón de tranquilidad en Cádiz.
Excelente apartamento. Limpio, cómodo y muy bien situado. Atención profesional. Recorrer Cádiz y la Andalucia occidental resultaron magniifico desde aqui.

Appartamento comodo nella vecchia Cadiz, un po' distante da dove oggi si è sviluppato il paese. Il solarium pubblicizzato sull'annuncio o non c'era o a me non hanno dato le chiavi
