Confirmation of booking advises that the accommodation does not have on site reception, and to contact re check-in. 3 phone calls and 2 emails to get a response. On check in the staff member was very pleasant. However, we had no hot water. I had 3 cold showers, one being preparing for my daughter's wedding, before being able to make contact with the owners. There are no on-site staff, and they are not contactable by phone. I tried numerous times from late afternoon to mid-morning next day and the response came from a note I left at the office door. The room is small, with the only clothes hanging space being two 3M hooks on the back of the door. The bathroom is so small you have to move sideways out of the shower. Using the toilet requires a shuffle to shut the door. The long life milk provided had already been opened!! There is no fridge. Overall, very disappointing. Given the photos on the website and the cost, I had higher expectations. The offer of a future discount does not do it - was looking forward to the stay.
