The apartment has its own free car parking space and bicycle parking space on the property. The North Sea coast with the Perlebucht family lagoon is about a 3-minute walk away. All shops such as supermarkets, bakeries and butchers can be reached quickly. The surrounding landscape is ideal for hiking / mudflat hiking and cycling. EC-3: This apartment for non-smokers has modernized equipment and is only about 300 meters from the beach. Here you have everything for a relaxing holiday in one place. The apartment is on the ground floor and has a separate entrance. The apartment includes: • Living room with comfortable seating. The couch has a sleep function. Flat-screen TVs and DVD players, as well as board games for children, offer variety in the event that it's not a day at the beach. • Dining area for 4 people • New fitted kitchen with stove (ceramic hob with 4 hotplates), oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. In der Wohnung ist es ruhig (außer die Mieter oben drüber rutschen Möbel). Die Lage ist gut und nah am Strand. Allerdings läuft man in die Stadt 25 Minuten. Andere Vermieter kennen gelernt die uns auf den schlecht Hausmeister Service hingewiesen haben. Haben selber Hand anlegen und so gut es ging selber sauber gemacht.
