DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent

DoubleTree by Hilton Stoke on Trent

10/10 Excellent
"We absolutely love this hotel, it is our second stay and it doe not disappoint. We use the hotel when visiting Alton Towers and It is absolutely perfect. Very family friendly and the staff go above and beyond. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The pool are is clean and due to having to book a swim slot does not get too busy. The gym facilities are perfect to keep yourself active whilst away with a range of machines and equipment over two rooms. Breakfasts is worth adding as sets everyone up for the day with a massive choice for everybody. A special shoutout to the hostess at breakfast on Monday 24th Aug, I didn’t catch her name but she was clearly rushed off her feet with having both the Resturant full and having to open the bar area but she remained calm and polite and kept on top of everything. We didn’t want to go home."
