"Nice area and size of room. Staff were pleasant and welcoming Room was tidy but not overly clean, mould on ceiling in shower, shower door didn’t like to shut very easily and the shower looked tatty. Bed was lumpy and uncomfortable which was the real let down. Easy commute to Alton towers though"
