North Stafford Hotel Town Centre

3.0 star property
6.4 out of 10, (894)

Basic bathrooms and basic rooms. Breakfast was very nice for £11.50 a person for a buffet normal british breakfast selection. Was tasty though. Decent amount of parking outside. Very old hotel which I kinda liked, but could do with a bit more maintenance an upkeep. Did have a leaking roof above bath, spoke to...

"Staff were top notch from the housekeeping to reception and restaurant teams! Great location for waterpark and local shops. Most importantly the stay starts off with the best cookies I’ve ever tasted and I’m a self proclaimed home baker, Rooms were spacious and queen size beds were American sized so definitely larger than the standard uk queen/double bed . Meticulous turn down service and lovely toiletries . Definitely love this chain of hotels ! "
