Step outside and dive into a world of activities! Launch the included kayak, stand-up paddle boards, or canoe for a day on the water, or explore the neighborhood on two provided bikes. The spacious yard is stocked with lawn games like Cornhole, giant Jenga, Ladder Ball, Kan Jam and more—perfect for friendly competitions and family bonding. After sunset, gather around the fire pit or enjoy an outdoor movie night with the projector under the stars.  
  
Rain or shine, the fully stocked game room will keep everyone entertained with a pool table, shuffleboard, giant Connect Four, Ring Swing, basketball, and a wide selection of board games. TVs in nearly every room ensure you can stream your favorite shows or let the kids plug in their gaming devices.  
  
The home features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and a scenic deck ideal for grilling and dining with a view. An EV charger is available on-site, making it easy for electric vehicle owners to recharge while they relax.  
  
Enjoy fishing along the shoreline or take advantage of the dedicated boat slip just across the street in the common area—perfect for launching your boat and exploring the beauty of Lake Anna.  
  
Whether you're roasting marshmallows, paddling through calm waters, or enjoying a family movie night, this home is designed to create lasting memories!

Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.  
Please note that swimming is not permitted in the canal.   
Guests will have access to the neighborhoods boat launch  
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.  
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Dock details: HOA common area is across the street from the home to the left (see barnlike gate) walk down pathway to boat slips. We own boat slip 4 - renters may use this if they bring their own boat or have a rental boat delivered.  
  
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed our visit to this beautifully appointed home. The deck overlooking the canal is a great place to relax for morning coffee and evening cocktails. The owners have thought of everything. We will definitely return for another visit. Thanks for a great vacation
