Booked this hotel on August 31, $213,00. Went i opened the door a bad smell came from inside. I did not have another option than to stay in this hotel. I have never seen a hotel so dury, pillow case had hair on it, brown towels, no toilet paper or hand soap. Cushions had big stains, shower floor had a big pile of hair. When i lifted the toilet cover felt like throwing up. The only chair in the room was very duty with lots of stains. No outlets to charge a phone. AC is falling apart. None of my family used the shower. I went to bullhead to buy hand soap, detergent to clean the toilet and towels to clean our face. We bought blankets to sleep on. Please dont stay in this hotel, not only our room was disgusting i met other couples whose wife didn't want to go inside the room because it was very duty too.

The room smelled like urine, the toilet didn’t work and there was no ceiling in the shower. It’s a total dive. I didn’t even unpack I just left. They kept my money.
