This former one floor art studio has been converted to an 800 square foot, one room cottage. Located on Main Street, within walking distance of the many shops, restaurants and historical sites in the quant village of East Aurora, New York. This architecturally unique cottage is tucked among large shade trees on an acre of property. The property also features the original farmhouse and barn built in 1826. The main house is home to nighroadfarmstore; a unique furniture and home goods store. Whether you are looking for a romantic get away, a girls shopping weekend or a tranquil setting to relax while visiting family or exploring the many sights the Buffalo/Niagara Falls area has to offer, we think this cottage will help make for a comfortable trip.

Cozy, comfortable and private!

The cottage is very well maintained, wonderfully designed, and simply a terrific spot to spend a few days. The property is very close to both ends of Main Street, where there are numerous restaurants and shopping places, but in a residential area that is great for walks. The owners have thought of everything you might need, and had hand sanitizer and face masks available during this unprecedented time. They were welcoming of our pup and even provided food & water bowls for her! If we're ever in the area, I'll be looking to return!

A Home Away from Home

Clean, cozy and conveniently located — this wonderful cottage was perfect for our weekend getaway. Check-in was a breeze and we felt at right at home from the moment we opened the door. The cottage is comfortable, well-appointed with all the necessities and we absolutely loved all the little details throughout. Mark and Maryanne are thoughtful and courteous hosts. We were so impressed and are already talking about another visit!

I arrived after dark so it was a little difficult to find. However, once i did it was well worth it. Very cute, quaint, spacious studio. Will definitely look to stay there again.

Fabulous Country Cottage

This is a charming cottage set off the street on beautiful grounds. The studio is spacious, spotlessly clean and well appointed with all the necessities you might need. WiFi is strong, shower and bathroom nice and bed is comfy. It is an easy walk to a number of bars and restaurants. The hosts made check in a breeze and communicated well. We had a wonderful stay!
