This light and inviting self catering family holiday house is perfectly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, less than 5 minutes easy walk to Broadstairs High Street, and Stone Bay / Viking Bay sandy beaches. We are aiming to provide a slightly nostalgic togetherness holiday experience from years ago with a small library, board games and shared buckets and spades, but to combine this with useful modern innervations such as a decent shower and superfast broadband. There is plenty of "home from home" space in which to relax in comfort, ample storage and a well equipped kitchen. The house is well insulated with double glazing, full gas central heating and a living room fireplace so as to be warm and snug in winter.

There are 3 bedrooms on the first floor (a double with king sized bed and 2 twin bedrooms) as well as an upstairs bathroom (with bath, basin, and sink). On the ground floor there is a kitchen, large living room and a separate large shower/wc room . The private pretty fully enclosed rear garden is west facing so receives lots of sunshine and there is a large shed in which to store beach items, pushchairs, golf clubs and bicycles. We have an outside table, chairs and sunshade so that you can enjoy eating in and/or generally enjoying the garden in the summer months.

Unusually given its central location, the property has off street parking for one vehicle directly outside the front and further street parking nearby. There is gas central heating, double glazing, and a digital box. You will also find a collection of books, games, DVDs, toys. Families, older guests, children and babies are most welcome and catered for (cot, high chair etc. provided), but we request no pets and no smoking. We aim to make your visit special and we have many returning guests.
We have high speed broadband at the house so you can keep in touch during your stay and any teenagers will be very happy.
Guest accommodation at this holiday home offers fireplaces and DVD players. Kitchens offer fridges, hobs, microwaves and kitchenware and utensils. Bathrooms include baths or showers and hairdryers.

Guests can surf the web using complimentary wireless Internet access. Smart televisions are featured in guestrooms.

Perfect beach holiday
Great property for young family. Easy walk to town and beach. House set up well for young children as well as seniors. Parking not really an issue although would have been nice to have a 2 car drive rather than a garden at front.

Nice comfortable property
