On the outskirts, 500 m from the centre of Brissago, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 600 m from the lake, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property, swimming pool angular (4 x 9 m, depth 110 - 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Oct.) with internal staircase. 20 m long narrow motor access to the house. Grocery 500 m, supermarket 8 km, restaurant 50 m, bakery 550 m, 10 minute walk to the centre, bus stop "Brissago Nevedone" 120 m, railway station "Locarno" 10.5 km, ferry "Brissago NLM" 850 m, outdoor swimming pool 1.5 km, indoor swimming pool 11 km, lake Lago Maggiore. Sports harbour 600 m, golf course (18 hole) 10 km, tennis 500 m, minigolf 10 km.  
"Brissago White", 1-room maisonette 45 m2 on 2 levels, on the upper floor, south-east facing position. Partly with sloping ceilings, comfortable and cosy furnishings: living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (120 cm, length 190 cm), dining table, TV, international TV channels and fan. Exit to the terrace, south facing position and east facing position. Small kitchen (oven, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, kettle, electric coffee machine, Capsules for coffee machine (Delizio) extra). Shower/WC. Heating. Heating available only from 25.10\. to 15.04\. Upper floor: open gallery with sloping ceilings, ceiling height 185 - 250 cm with rooflight with 1 double bed (1 x 180 cm, length 200 cm), fan. Wooden floors, natural stone floors.
