"A well located large and modern hotel close to most everything you need on vacation, lots of shops, restaurants and pubs just outside the door; very nice public areas. Paid parking is available below hotel.
We booked a Superior Double Room Partial Sea View, the first night we had room 410 assigned which was absolutely tiny (maybe 200ft2) and in my opinion it didn't fit that description nor the amount I paid for it (over C$500/night); Next day after a complaint they gave us a different room of...

"This is a lovely apart/hotel in a great location and I recommend it highly.
It's situated within a 2-min walk to Gloucester Road station. The area is quiet and walkable. Kensington Gardens and Hyde Park just a few minutes away too. Lots of great coffee shops and restaurants close by and the high street is 10-mins away.
We stayed for 9 days in between other travels. We initially strayed in the studio room which was great but a bit small but then we moved to a studio deluxe which was perfect. A large size with plenty of space space for bags. The small kitchenette in the rooms was very handy too.
The coffee machine in the lobby was awesome.
The staff at the hotel, all of them, were very helpful and friendly. This was a great experience and we will definitely be back. "

"The Queens is beautifully located. The Team is welcoming and friendly. Our room was wonderful and we used the pool, steam and sauna all imaculately clean. We had a great time over two nights. Lack of room service is a bit of a pity and the tapas we had on night two left much to be desired. Summary: wallow in the hotel's friendly ambiance and superb location and eat elsewhere!"
