"I had booked a room with a walk-in shower because I use a cane but found the bed in the allotted room was a bit too high for me, as I told the night manager. The very next day, Tom Jennings, the overall manager, on his own arranged an”accessible” room for me with a lower bed as well. I was so very grateful to him. The hotel is undergoing renovations, but the staff and manager made me feel very welcome. I recommend the hotel highly. "

One entrance from a main Street was blocked off and you had to go find another one to get into it There is a big sign at this entrance to the university that points to you to the hotel and the GPS send you there. "We got upgraded to a studio suite which was great but sadly no view from the window apart from air conditioning units. As this was a city centre hotel my expectations were fairly low anyway. Apart from that the room was really comfortable. Bed was really comfy. No complaints at all. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend. "
