"Cosy traditional b&b room above the pub itself, surprisingly quiet (never heard a sound) even though the pub below is a very popular place and full every night. Nice breakfast, good evening meal, can’t fault the place. Patrick and the locals were very friendly, we happily chatted amongst them all evening on both nights we stayed. All in all a very good time, would we stay again? Absolutely no problem at all."

Situated just off the high street with secure on site parking, and within walking distance of various eating establishments. Website is easy to use, and informative, covers everything you need to know about the property and local area. Jamie & Gary are fabulous hosts. Highly recommend this establishment."

"I wasn't provided with check in instructions, so when I arrived I felt a bit lost. I asked inside Greggs and Subway, they informed me that I had to go to the petrol station to collect my room key, it was smooth from there. Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom needed a little TLC, cracks on the bath, ceiling, marks on the floor. Had free WiFi, TV, and tea / coffee facilities. Bed was comfy and clean. Good value for money. Would stay again as very convenient for short trip"

"Our room was great, the only issue we had was that the shower had very low pressure and trickled out and was hard to even get my shampoo out of my hair 😬😬 That aside, the staff were very friendly, they couldn’t do enough for us . Our dog was welcomed with open arms and even had a little hamper herself! She loved the little dog toy and treats provided! The toiletries provided in the room were lovely. The restaurant staff accommodated us for dinner even though they had closed the kitchen to the general public in the evening. We were very grateful. Breakfast was also a lovely experience and we would love to come and stay again in the future, Lyme Regis is a beautiful place to visit especially on the firework display evening. Thank you for having us"
