We checked in rather late at night, but the front desk greeted us kindly and was very accommodating. While we had a problem with our shower being too hot (scalding) they immediately responded to remedy it and switched our room. They also stored our luggage for free. I'm usually not bothered by people moving around in other rooms but I could hear literally everything going on in other rooms which disturbed my sleep.
