WIFI access. A hallway leads to the 3 bedrooms, the shower room and a separate toilet. Each bedroom is equipped with a double bed (140) + a dressing room-type piece of furniture. From the kitchen, you can access the pleasant terrace located at the back of the house with its garden and relaxation furniture + charcoal barbecue and awning. A garage used as a bicycle storage room with a laundry area with washing machine. Possible parking for 2 cars on the land. Right next to the house, access to a footpath that leads to the seaside. 750m from the sea, a pleasant house recently renovated and comfortable for a great holiday with family or friends and above all, an ideal location for a stay "all on foot or by bike".
