Ski shuttle details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The house is in great location of town, will return! Not impressed with Vacasa as a management group. Vacasa has tried to get us to use them for our own beach rental unit and we have refrained. Thankfully so, app is a great idea for renters but Vacasa is not always 24/7 as their site touts. I would not want my renters to have to use app and then WAIT for local manager to reply to Vacasa. With a great Breckenridge location, just 3 blocks from Main Street and one block from the Free Bus, this home was perfect for our group whether we were skiing or relaxing in town. It is essentially 2 houses in one providing two kitchens and living rooms, offering privacy for groups or separate kid/adult areas in one connected home. We enjoyed the hot tub on the back porch in the serene and private setting, and even got a pass by visit from the neighborhood Fox. The home had everything we needed. Management hooks you up with a local activity concierge. So if you feel overwhelmed trying to plan activities, they can help. We used them to find the best local whitewater rafting, and it was a great experience! What a great stay! We had two adults and two teenagers staying here, and it was the perfect setup. The other reviews rave about the rooftop patio, and this one is no different. What a cool feature! We spent any downtime we had up there. The kids loved it! As for location, this place is very close to Main Street, giving us quick access to restaurants, shops, and bike rentals. There is great hiking just up the road.
