10kms from Figeac, come and stay in this gite with dovecote, restored in the style of the country, completely independent, quiet, rest is assured! Also owner of a sheepfold, young and old alike can discover the breeding of sheep. House on 2 floors. On the ground floor: Living room/kitchen area with a pellet stove, 1 bedroom (1 bed 140 and 1 bed 90), shower room with washing machine, separate toilet. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms (2 beds 1.40m, 2 beds 0.90m, 1 cot), bathroom with WC. Electric heating and pellet stove in the living room. Enclosed grounds of 2000 m² with garden furniture, barbecue, drying rack. Private car park.
