The hotel staff wère kind, but not one person spoke English so they were unable to provide me with any information I needed to get around, or to even schedule a hotel shuttle. The safety lock to my room door is broken, and there was a huge window with a flimsy lock. I felt very unsafe at night. My last night of my stay a man was screaming in pain in the hotel for three hours. I had no sleep and I was terrified! :( I had no idea what was going on and I was too scared to leave my room. You can hear every noise from the street though your window even when it's closed. I wake up every morning unwillingly to honking of cars. To be complete honest, I think I would've had a better experience if I spoke Spanish. The staff seemed very kind and I really enjoyed the great breakfast every morning.

The hotel is very nicely decorated, the staff is attentive, breakfast is standard (yogurt, bread, cereal, juice, eggs). However the room was very small, there was basically enough space only for the beds (there was 3 of us) and the bathroom was very small as well

We spend 9 days in this hotel it was a great experience, house keepers treat you like family, Room was alway clean early in the morning,breakfast was great all the crew were amazing,transportation from the hotel was on time and elegant,and above all the location is great is very close to all the main attractions in the bogota downtown. Thanks Casa Quinta for making my staying so good!!!

I really not recommend this hotel. They was so occupy only for my money instead of anything else. Breakfast cheap and bad. They wont allow anyone to visit you. No channels on tv.

Location: Ótima localizaçao para quem quiser conhecer museus e predios históricos
A equipe do hotel é bem agradável e prestativa. O preço é bom. O café da manha nao é farto. Pode-se ir a pé para o centro histórico, o que é uma vantagem bem grande.

Péssima experiência. Só compensou pelo preço e localização. O atendimento foi horrível, o quarto estava sujo, cheirava a mofo, a cama era dura, o chuveiro não esquentava.

Bad! Bad! Stay away !

Very bad service only try to get money from you. No matter how! My friend wants to visit me. They ask me to pay double for the room. Breakfast is cheap and bad service. Feels unwelcomed. The recepcion lied about the price and tryed to charge me twice. When i show them the price from the internet they changed it fast in order to ask me to pay more. They also tryed to charge me tax. All of you need to know that all tourists in colombia dont pay tax specially in hotels. When i told them i know it they agreed not to charge! Listen to me all tourists:::: stay away from that hotel and the robbing managemant!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a big favore !!!!!!!
